The Rubbish Game

Rubbish is worthless unwanted material that is rejected or thrown out as debris, litter or trash. The Rubbish Game is played with a deck consisting of 108 cards. There are eight cards of each number 1 through 10, ten Wild cards, and eighteen Rubbish cards. 

The object of the game is to be the first player to fill their sets of numbers while avoiding the Rubbish.
